Today , got a bit of emotional taxing today . Maybe i fallen in love? Once again?
I dun know but i will always believe that
' What is mine Shall be Mine '
Today , i am saw the seriousness of the Shopping Mall that i am currently working at 'Takashimaya'
Its was like .
We have to greet to the Customer at 10am when the Shopping is officially open for the day . Not moving a single bit at 9.55-10am , perhaps to show our seriousness to our customer that we always place them at the 1st place. Before that , we got clean up and check attire and wash and clean the products as to keep them at the cleanest state .
Before that , it a daily gathering and meeting for sales report and complains and etc . I guess it was also to enforce our working attitude and ya , one more thing . Mystery Shopper , the person in charge of the meeting said ' We must treat all customer , regardless of race , age and look or any other aspect , we must treat the customer equally , respectfully and with a SMILE . I also believe that is the most important part when it come to serving , espically in a big and respected shopping mall such as ' Takashimaya '
. So , Always Smile to customer and treat them regardless of any aspect =D However , i have to say the gathering was Grand and serious too
. Me, A blur Promoter at takashimaya still got lots more to learn and improve as i go on.
As work ended , i felt a sense of happy yet sad . because of Working stress? Perhaps . But i got to say , i choose this road and i had to work on it . Afterall , its part of life and something i can gain exp on . Also to improve my confident towards all people .
Tml Shall be worse or what . i felt stressed again . Promotion sales day , got to hit sales target and MUST MUST MUST MUST NEVER NEVER NEVER MESS UP . Or else Serious Joyce will hit me upside down . =D lets Hope commission is shared among us, so i dun feel so much stress . Perhaps if indivdual is also good , i can earn more commission, however , i will still prefer shared commission , less stress coming towards me bah . But one thing for sure , i confirm will get lectures from joyce and felicia . And ya , My Location of Promoting is at
' Takashimaya Square B1 , Fountain Area , Beside KFC . '
